EPISODE 1: Up and Adam: In the wake of his father’s death, endurance runner Adam Condit returns to the Colorado mountains of his youth to attempt the High Lonesome 100, one of the most demanding ultramarathons in the United States.

EPISODE 2: Practice Makes Progress: Thirty-five years after her father’s death, fitness influencer Jody Wagner runs 50 consecutive half marathons, one to honor every year of her father’s life.  With Adam Condit’s help, her half marathons will culminate in a full marathon in Montana, where she’ll push her emotional and physical boundaries to the brink. 

EPISODE 3: Distance Makes the Heart Grow: Following his infant daughter’s death from RSV, amateur runner Mike Blazel befriends Adam Condit.  Together, they begin quietly planning a 50K—the longest run of Mike’s life, and one which sends the grieving father on a personal journey to pace himself on the road to healing.
